Ho Ho Ho!

Cold, wet and windy outside but warm, cosy and buzzing with good cheer inside! A wonderful evening of Christmas food topped off with fun, games and dancing. And Sanjay was in top form singing a selection of old favourites with everybody joining in.

A big thank you to Trevor, Sue, Phil and other volunteers for organising such a magnificent evening. The generous donations of Raffle Prizes by members is greatly appreciated. And as Trevor said in his welcoming speech: a huge thank you to all the members for their support throughout the year. It's what makes the Long Term Exercise Heart Support Group so unique and special.
